Intel's Industrial Control White Paper presents ASCETEX as a representative use case for combining Industrial AI with Soft-Motion. The case covers a human–machine–AI system for automatic industrial control code generation.
ASCETEX, together with Nodka, was featured in the Intel Industrial Control White Paper 2026 as a practical case of integrating Industrial AI with software-defined real-time control. The case presents MCCoder, an AI-assisted programming system designed for industrial control applications.
As industrial control systems grow increasingly complex, engineers must work with extensive motion and automation APIs while maintaining the reliability required by real machines. General-purpose GenAI can simplify code generation, but industrial deployment introduces a more fundamental challenge: AI-generated control code must be domain-aware, verifiable and safe to execute.
MCCoder addresses this through a complete generation–verification–interpretation workflow. Domain-optimized AI models generate control code from natural-language instructions, while automated verification helps validate the generated programs before they are used in industrial applications.

Built on Intel Core Ultra and IntervalZero RTX, the solution consolidates AI inference and real-time motion control on the same computing platform. Workload isolation preserves the deterministic performance required by motion control while making computing resources available for AI — demonstrating how Industrial AI and Soft-Motion can operate together on a unified industrial PC architecture.
The case reflects a broader direction highlighted by the Intel white paper: industrial computing is moving from separated AI and control systems toward integrated platforms where real-time control, AI inference and industrial applications can operate together.
